Production process

Paper pulp molding egg tray production line is comprised by 3 systems as pulping system, forming system. For Such a small capacity, Usually dry by sun, save cost and easy to operate.

1. Pulping System

It includes raw paper smashing, impurities removing, pulp defibering, additives, pulp further grinding, Pulp blending, pulp supplying etc.

Related machines: Hydropulper, (vibration screen, pulp grinder),agitator, pulp pump, pipe etc.

2. Forming System

The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine.

The whole process includes the forming machine, moulds, vacuum pump, steam separator, air compressor, air storage tank etc.

Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray (box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg trays. So it is the important supporter for the line. Only under the forming machine’s co-working, the molds, the negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can realize their functions.

The machine can make different finished product by changing the mold like fruit tray, bottle tray, electric packaging product tray, coffee tray etc.
 

Equipment process

1. Pulp system

(1) Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp and then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.

(2) Put the pulp in the storage tank into the mixing tank, and adjust the pulp concentration in the mixing tank. The white water in the return tank and the thick slurry in the storage tank are further stirred by the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the supply tank to be used by the forming system.

2. Molding system

(1) The pulp in the supply tank is fed into the forming machine, after being adsorbed by the vacuum system, the pulp is passed through the mold on the equipment, leaving the pulp on the mold to form, and the white water is absorbed and driven back into the pool by the vacuum pump.

(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes the positive pressure out of the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the transfer mold, and then sent out by the transfer mold.

3. Drying system

(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind.

(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, the heat source can be natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied petroleum gas and other heat sources.

(3) New-type multi-layer drying line: The 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying. The main heat source is natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol and other clean energy sources.
