Machine Introduction:
Egg tray making machine mainly uses waste paper,waste carton as raw materials. By smash pulp, vibrating pulp, grinding pulp and forming pulp, the forming machine adsorbs the pulp by vacuum type with some necessary chemicals.

Moulding Machine Advantages:

1. Pulp system
(1) Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp and then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.
(2) Put the pulp in the storage tank into the mixing tank, and adjust the pulp concentration in the mixing tank. The white water in the return tank and the thick slurry in the storage tank are further stirred by the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the supply tank to be used by the forming system.

2. Molding system
(1) The pulp in the supply tank is fed into the forming machine, after being adsorbed by the vacuum system, the pulp is passed through the mold on the equipment, leaving the pulp on the mold to form, and the white water is absorbed and driven back into the pool by the vacuum pump.
(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes the positive pressure out of the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the transfer mold, and then sent out by the transfer mold.

3. Drying method
Drying in the sun
Drying in the sun requires some environmental condition, and needs a few labor force to work. Because it don’t need large machine and fuel, so its cost is relatively low. Certainly, you should know that this type of drying system is just suitable for small carton machine and manual paper egg tray machine such as WS-1-3(1000pcs), WS-1-4(1500pcs).
Semi-automatic drying system
Semi-automatic drying system needs people to push wet egg trays with the small cart into drying system. In the drying room, the extra water will be evaporated.
Automatic drying system
Automatic drying system is complete automation. In other words, it is able to work without extra worker to handle. Therefore, it is convenient and manageable for you. You can use it when you run automatic egg tray forming machine.
