Egg tray forming machine is a kind of machine which absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. After such working procedure as transferring moulds, releasing moulds to complete paper tray production. Our forming machines adopt advanced PLC programmable controller; selecting of high quality electronic devices and pneumatic components; using stainless steel pulp barrels with high performance and long service life.

Semi Automatic Egg Tray Machine Process:

1. Put the raw material into the pulper and add an appropriate amount of water for a long time to stir the waste paper into pulp and store it in the storage tank.
2. Put the pulp in the slurry tank into the pulping tank, adjust the pulp concentration in the pulping tank, and further stir through the agitator through the white water of the return pool and the thick slurry of the storage tank. After adjusting to the applicable pulp, put it into the feeding pool to be used in the molding system.
3. Sun dry, save cost, and easy to operate

Pulping system

 
Making pulp is the first step to make the egg tray, WONGS company will controy the quality from the first step to the last step. In this step, you need to prepare the raw material, such as newspaper, carton box. Then put the raw material into the hydrapulper to make the pulp. And adjust the pulp to the required concentration.

Forming system

 
After ajust the required concentration pulp, then will enter the second step: to form the egg tray. In this step, main equipments is the rotary forming machine, consisted of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transferring platen; egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen.This rotary forming machine is for mass capacity. Forming efficiency:13-15cycels/min.Equipped with Vacuum auto drain system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.

Drying System

 
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays moisture content is 70%. So drying system is required for drying the wet trays.for this small capacity machine ,Natural drying method is ok dried directly by weather and natural wind.
