Egg tray making machine mainly uses waste paper,waste carton as raw materials. By smash pulp, vibrating pulp, grinding pulp and forming pulp, the forming machine adsorbs the pulp by vacuum type with some necessary chemicals. 1. Pulping System

 
It includes raw paper smashing, impurities removing, pulp defibering, additives, pulp further grinding,
Pulp blending, pulp supplying etc.
Related machines: Hydrapulper, (vibration screen, pulp machine),agitator, pulp pump, pipe and so on.
 

2. Forming System

 
The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by forming machine.
The whole process includes the forming machine, moulds, vacuum pump, air compressor, air tank and so on.
 
Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray (box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg trays. So it is the important supporter for the line. Only under the forming machine’s co-working, the molds, the negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can realize their functions.

Drying System

 
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays moisture content is 70%. So drying system is required for drying the wet trays.for this capacity machine ,we suggest muti layer metallic dryer or single layer brick dryer.

Hot press shaping system

The machine press the egg carton and some industrial products ,make the product surface smooth.
