Egg tray making machine mainly uses waste paper,waste carton as raw materials. By smash pulp, vibrating pulp, grinding pulp and forming pulp, the forming machine adsorbs the pulp by vacuum type with some necessary chemicals. The equipment also can produce the followings: package for glass and ceramics, crafts, small machinery, electric products, toys paper egg tray machine and so on.

1. Pulping system

vibration screen, 0.9M2,3kw;
mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc
2. Forming system
Consist of 1pc of forming platen and 1 pc of transfering platen.
Platen size:1100x470mm,4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.
Forming efficiency: 5-6cycles/min;
Equiped with vacuum auto draining system; auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.
3. Drying system
Outline dimension: 20080x2650x3600mm;
Single layer conveying chain; heated by section; multi burners;
Six layers drying line, energy saving and saving place
The temperature of each section can be adjusted independently;burners with French or Italian brand;
The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.

Paper pulp molding molds

 
The molds are the spirit part of the paper pulp molding production line.
The forming molds is the molds which to transform the fiber pulp into the wet trays.
The forming molds are including forming and transferring 2 different type molds.
The materials for the forming molds are copper, aluminum, plastic and aluminum-plastic composite materials and so on.

Drying System

 
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays moisture content is 70%. So drying system is required for drying the wet trays.for this capacity machine ,we suggest muti layer metallic dryer or single layer brick dryer.
