The complete egg tray manufacturing line makes egg trays from waste paper. It includes pulp making section, molding section, drying section, and packing section.
1. Pulp Making Section
This section aims to make quality pulp from waste paper. Firstly, it mixes 1 waste paper into 3 water to make paper pulp with a pulper. Then there is a pulp refiner to make the pulp more evenly. Also, you can add some additives. Then the pulp is prepared.
2. Pulp Molding Section
In this section, the pulp will be molded into trays. Beston uses a rotary pulp molding machine, which is automatic to operate. When the forming molds rotate to transfer mold, the trays are formed and then they will be demolded for drying.
3. Drying Section
This section aims to dry the wet trays. You can choose to dry naturally if you have a small scale egg tray plant (less than 2000 piece/h). Or you can have a brick or metal drying line, which can dry the trays in 20 minutes.
4. Packing Section
After drying, you can stack the trays up manually for sale or for use. Also, you can use a hot press machine to make the trays smooth or have a packer to compress the trays to save the store or transportation space. While some may have an automatic packing system, which contains a counter, packer, etc.
