Egg Tray Machine Introduction:

The egg tray is the tray for holding eggs which is produced by the special technique from the used paper raw materials. Presently, 30 eggs tray is the widely used all over the world.

Egg tray raw materials: waste paper boxes, waste books, waste newspapers, waste paper boxes, book scraps, recycled egg trays and used egg trays, and other waste paper materials.

Final products: 24/30 egg trays (including the trays for chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs, quail eggs, etc.), 6/12/18 egg carton, egg box, egg crate, apply tray, coffee cup tray, shoe trays or support, seedling tray, electric tray, phone tray, wheel tray, industry package, bottle tray, etc.

Equipment process

1.Pulping making system

put the raw materials (various waste paper) into the pulping machine, and after about 40 minutes of high-concentration stirring, the pulp will be automatically transported to the pulp supply tank for storage and stirring. Then the pulp is transported by the supply pump to the mixing tank and stirred to the required concentration of pulp. Then put into the supply tank and transported to the forming machine through the supply pump.

2.Forming system

the forming machine absorbs the pulp (delivered by the supply pump to the hopper of the forming machine) to the mould of the forming machine. The vacuum system sucks the pulp onto the mould of the forming machine and absorbs the excess water into the water vapor separation tank. The water pump pumps the water into the pool for storage. The mold of the molding machine absorbs the pulp to form, and then the manipulator of the molding machine takes out the finished product and sends it to the drying conveyor belt.

3. Drying system

(1) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, the heat source can be natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied petroleum gas and other heat sources.

(2) New-type multi-layer drying line: The 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying. The main heat source is natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol and other clean energy sources.
