The raw material goes into the pulping system, mixing with water, become the paper pulp.

And then the paper pulp will be sent into the egg tray forming machine by a pump, the Pulp tray forming machine will produce the trays using vacuum forming principle.

The pulp tray that coming out from the forming machine is wet, so the forming system needs to be equipped with the drying system.
If the output of pulp tray is less than 1000 pieces per hour, and the weather is good enough, we recommend the manual operation type forming machine and sunshine drying mode, this can reduce the cost of equipment investment. If the weather is not enough to dry the paper trays easily, or the output of the machine is more than 1000 pcs/h, we recommend the automatic drying system,

After drying, the paper trays can be piled up by automatic stacker, and then the workers can package the trays by plastic bags.

Specification

Egg tray machine process:

1.The pulp in the supply tank is fed into the forming machine, after being adsorbed by the vacuum system, the pulp is passed through the mold on the equipment, leaving the pulp on the mold to form, and the white water is absorbed and driven back into the pool by the vacuum pump.

2. After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes the positive pressure out of the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the transfer mold, and then sent out by the transfer mold.

Equipment used: molding machine, mold, vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, water pump, air compressor, mold cleaning machine.

3.Drying system
 Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind
 Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, heat source can choose natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood,A heat source such as liquefied petroleum gas.
 New multi-layer drying line: 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy compared to transmission drying. The main heat source is clean energy such as natural gas, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas and methanol.
