The egg carton machine is mainly producing the pulp molded products,such as egg tray, 12 holes egg carton, 10 holes egg carton, 6 holes egg carton by changing the molds. This model is 1by3 rotary model, machine with three pcs per side, total four rotary sides. Molds can be made into aluminum mold or plastic mold. For such a small capacity, drying by air save cost and easy to operate, we advise family use. The trays are dryed by sun or with metal drying line. Sun dry is suitable for places which has high temperature, rainy less. Metal drying line is easy to move, save fuel.

Drying method

 
The drying system is the third section of the egg tray production line. Generally, the wet trays moisture content is 70%. So drying system is required for drying the wet trays.for this capacity machine ,we suggest muti layer metallic dryer or single layer brick dryer.
