Process of egg tray machine
1. Egg Tray Pulping System
(1) Put the waste paper and water into the pulp according to a certain ratio for mixing.
(2) Open the valve to allow the pulp to flow into the storage tank, and adjust the concentration of the pulp in the storage tank. There is a stirrer in the slurry tank to prevent the paper fibers from sinking into the bottom of the slurry tank.
2. Egg Tray Forming System
(1) The pulp in the supply tank is supplied into the molding machine, and is adsorbed by the vacuum system, and the pulp is left on the mold by the mold to be formed.
(2) After the egg tray is formed, it is blown from the forming mold onto the transfer mold under the action of an air compressor and a vacuum pump.
Moulding Machine Advantages:
