1. Descriptions:
This equipment is designed for direct production of continuous honeycomb panels, three-layer composite, and specialized production line equipment for flat aluminum-plastic composite panels after being laminated with aluminum coils on both sides, hot rolled and cut.
After the aluminum composite plate is pressed along the core plate thickness by the front pressure rolling mill, it enters the pre composite state; Then, the polymer adhesive film and the heated upper and lower aluminum coils are pre bonded and transferred to the mirror wheel group. The five layers enter the rolling wheel of the forming and leveling composite machine at the same time, and undergo pre compounding, hot rolling, cold rolling, cooling and shaping, and cutting to length to form a sandwich type composite board.
Composite into sandwich shaped boards, the feedback signal from the fixed length sensor can cause the cutting machine to automatically clamp the boards and move them synchronously in the direction of transportation, and then automatically return to their original position after cutting.
