The aramid honeycomb core is produced through a sophisticated multi-stage process:

- Multi-layer staggered stacking with adhesive strip overlapping
- Hot pressing to create honeycomb laminate
- Water soaking and stretching to achieve required cell dimensions
- Oven shaping for final structural integrity
