Product Overview
GT9999 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive system designed for bonding honeycomb core sandwich panels and composite materials. Component A consists of polyols, adhesion enhancers and fillers, appearing as light yellow-red viscous fluid. Component B is composed of coarse MDI, presenting as brown-yellow transparent viscous liquid.

Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Bonding surfaces must be dry and free from grease, dust, or contaminants. Metal surfaces should be ground for increased bonding strength. Epoxy primer or anodic oxidation can significantly enhance adhesion.
Mixing & Application
Mix components A and B in 4:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved. Apply 0.35-0.5kg per square meter using scraper or trowel. Optimal application temperature range: 15-35°C with 45% humidity.
Packaging & Storage
Standard packaging: 24kg (Component A) + 6kg (Component B). Store at room temperature (approximately 25°C) with 12-month shelf life in original packaging.
