I. Clear and Amber molded injection vial for antibiotics, USP Type II, III:
Molded Injection Vials, conforming with USP Type II properties; used for filling antibiotics, injection powders and lyophilized powder, organisms preparations, etc.

Our glass is classified within the Type II and Type III soda-lime glass, that has been processed with special treatment, annealing. This provides the ability to reach hydrolytic resistance complying with the requirements for class ISO-4802-HC2; the production which has passed the Certificate of Conformity of Product Quality.

II. Our products are suitable for containing aqueous injection solutions that have a neutral of acidic PH.

III. Amber Glass Bottles: Our amber glass corresponds to the light transmission limits stipulated in USP and BP, not exceeding 10% between the sizes of 290mm - 450mm. These bottles are typically used for filling oral liquid preparations, capsules, tablets and granules, etc. Its specification scope covers 20ml - 200ml. We also have the capability to customize the products according to our clients requirements.

IV. Tube Glass: Our tube glass is made of Borosilicate glass, which is characterized by a high degree of hydrolytic stability. Typically, this product is used for filling with various kinds of powders, liquid preparations, and chemical regeants. The specification scope covers 2ml - 30ml.

Yes, we are able to produce the bottle per your own design to fulfill customer. It includes customized shape, customized color/pattern/logo, and so on.

Q3. Why glass bottles and jars wildly used at package?

Glass item is inert, so it won't react with the contents of the package. It doesn't affect the flavor of the contents. It doesn't let smells or fluids out. Glass is also easy to recycle.

We will replacement for the defective and broken bottles.
