Fish peptone is obtained by hydrolysis of fresh fish meal/fish paste with non-gmo/natural enzymes and resulted in rich amino acids profile and high diversified concentrate of peptides.

It is excellent source of high quality nitrogen for a wide variety of microorganisms in industrial fermentation.
