thick discs overlaps which confirms to curved irregulars surfaces, resulting in a consistent finish.
Fiberglass Backing Plate:
Thanks to the high quality special structure of 8-layer fiberglass mesh screen. This reinforced fiberglass backing plate
features extra strength, light weight, ability to absorb vibration, and operating comfort.
Resin Over Resin Bonding:
High strength resin over resin bond system provides superior grain support, resist heat and humidity
for longer life than usual resin over glue bond. More adhesive added to bond the small discs to the
plate tightly to resist discs flying off when operating which helps achiving longer lifespan and ensuring security.
