Chimney Aviation Obstruction Light Configuration Scheme
Due to the structural characteristics of chimneys, obstruction lights installed at the top must be positioned between 1.5-3 meters from the top. For chimneys exceeding 150 meters in height, obstruction lights can be installed within 7.5 meters below the chimney top.
- H ≤ 45m: Single layer of medium-intensity aviation obstruction lights at top with 7 color codes
- 45m Multiple layers with medium-intensity B-type lights at top and medium-intensity lights at other layers (maximum 45m spacing)
- 105m Multiple layers with medium-intensity type A lights at top and medium-intensity lights at other layers (maximum 45m spacing)
- H ≥ 150m: High-intensity aviation obstruction lights at top with medium-intensity lights spaced 75-105 meters apart
