The automatic bag slitting system consists of a belt conveyor and main machine assembly. The main machine includes base, cutter box, drum screen, screw conveyor, waste bag collector, and dust removal system.
Bagged materials are transported via belt conveyor to the slide plate, where gravity moves them downward. During descent, high-speed rotating blades precisely cut the packaging bags. The resulting mixture of materials and bag remnants enters the drum screen for separation. Materials passing through the screen are conveyed via screw conveyor, while residual bags, impurities, and caked materials are discharged from the system. Dust generated during cutting is captured by bag filters and returned to the screw conveyor through pulse control technology.
