Working Principle
System Components
The automatic bag slitting machine consists of a belt conveyor and main unit. The main unit includes:
- Base structure for stability
- Cutter box with high-speed rotating blades
- Drum screen for material separation
- Screw conveyor for material output
- Waste bag collector system
- Integrated dust removal device
Operation Process
Bagged materials are transported via belt conveyor to the slide plate, where gravity guides them downward. During descent, fast-rotating blades precisely cut the packaging bags. The mixture of materials and bag remnants enters the drum screen for separation. Materials pass through the screen to the screw conveyor, while bag remnants and impurities are discharged separately. Dust generated during cutting is captured by the bag filter system.
