Mobile Bagging System Overview
The containerized mobile packing machine provides efficient bagging and cargo handling solutions for bulk materials in ports, docks, grain depots, and mining operations. This integrated system combines mobility, space efficiency, and environmental protection in a complete packaging solution.
Working Principle
Materials are conveyed into the hopper via the conveying unit and fed through pneumatic arc gates at big, middle, and small feeding speeds. When materials in the weighing hopper reach the preset value, the load cell sends a signal, the arc gate closes, and the discharging valve opens to immediately feed materials into bags. The clamping unit then opens, packed bags are conveyed to the sealing unit, and the system returns to its original position to begin the next packing cycle.
