CNC Gantry Plane Surfacing Welding Machine 1500mm Double Drive
CNC gantry plane surfacing machine is a special equipment developed according to the needs of surfacing technology of wear-resisting layer on the surface of user's flat plate (two kinds of specifications). The equipment adopts CNC control system to realize the welding motion track of any plane surfacing shape. With special cooling welding platform, it can realize stable continuous work and high-power continuous welding.
The equipment includes CNC gantry frame, gantry longitudinal track and drive rack, Esab welding system (including welding power supply, wire feeding system, welding torch and tracking system, welding gun cooling system, welding control cable, etc.), water cooling table.
The welding system provided by Esab is mounted on the CNC gantry frame (the welding power is placed on the ground against the wall), and the surface surfacing of the plate on the double workstation is completed by the CNC control system.
