Product basic information of the ESS fuse

This series fuse suitable to rated voltage of 750VDC,rated current of 80A,breaking capacity of DC50KA,which comform to UL248-13,ISO8820,JASO-D622,IEC60269,RoHS.Applicable to a wide temperature range, can withstand high-intensity mechanical vibration and shock, temperature shock and strong chemical load, suitable for road vehicle industry applications, can be used as short-circuit and backup protection for electric vehicle drive power system, power conversion system, energy storage and power battery, energy storage capacitor, inverter controller, charger, MSD, wire and other automotive devices and equipment.

 

Structure of the ESS fuse

The fuse tubes of electric vehicles are made of high temperature resistant ceramic materials, which have high fire resistance and solid hardness.

The melt is sealed in a smelting tube so that 99.99% of the pure silver becomes a variable cross section melt. The smelting pipe is filled with chemically treated high purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials for arc to extinguish agglomeration.

The melting tube of the product is made of high-temperature ceramic material,with high flame-retardant performance and strong hardness.

The melt is sealed in the melting tube with a variable cross-section melt made of 99.99% pure silver.
