This series products EV-J-Q are Ceramic Bolt Fuse; Applicable for road vehicle. with small size, High Breaking capacity, Temperature shock resistance,Current surge, Mechanical vibration and shock, and Strong chemical load. Applicable for electric vehicle drive power system,Energy storage and power batteries,Energy storage capacitor,Frequency conversion controller,charger, wire and other automotive parts and equipment’s short circuit, overload and backup protection.
Structure
The fuse tubes of electric vehicles are made of high temperature resistant ceramic materials, which have high fire resistance and solid hardness.
The melt is sealed in a smelting tube so that 99.99% of the pure silver becomes a variable cross section melt. The smelting pipe is filled with chemically treated high purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials for arc to extinguish agglomeration.
