Professional Hydraulic Testing Solution
Advanced hydraulic-driven testing equipment designed for comprehensive safety evaluation of lithium batteries through controlled nail penetration testing.
Testing Methodology
Conducts testing at 20℃±5℃ temperature conditions. The battery, equipped with a thermocouple fixed on its largest surface, is placed in a fume hood. A non-eroded, rust-free steel pin with diameter range of 2-8mm penetrates the central location of the battery's largest surface at controlled speeds of 10-40mm/s.
