Diaphragm Failure Protection System
The leak detection system continuously monitors air operated diaphragm pumps for diaphragm rupture or other leaks that could contaminate the pumped fluid. The system consists of a main control box and two liquid detection sensors installed on the air side of each diaphragm.
- Automatic alarm activation when liquid is detected by either sensor
- LED indicators flash once per second during normal operation
- Alarm triggers LED blinking three times per second during faults
- Control box includes onboard relay for external device control (alarms, lights, air solenoids)
