The XW-BS05 5 Channel Cylinder Battery Automatic Sorter is designed for high-efficiency sorting of large and medium-sized cylindrical lithium batteries. This automated system eliminates human error and misclassification during the battery sorting process, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
The system utilizes a voltage internal resistance tester to measure battery parameters. Through the PLC-controlled interface, operators set four voltage internal resistance parameters. The PLC analyzes each battery's voltage and internal resistance against these parameters to determine the appropriate grade, then directs the sorting cylinder to deliver batteries to the corresponding receiving channels.
