This double screw 110mm 75mm PP strap manufacturing machine is designed for ceramics and furniture industries. The PP packing belt production line uses polypropylene (PP) drawing grade resin as the main raw material, integrating complete processes including raw material drying, melt extrusion, molding and cooling, multi-stage stretching, embossing and shaping, and automatic winding.
The equipment produces various specifications including pure PP packing belt, recycled material packing belt, transparent packing belt, colored packing belt, and printed packing belt with width of 5-19mm and thickness of 0.3-1.5mm.
