Features of PP belt production line
- Modular Design: Extrusion, stretching, embossing, winding and other units are independently split, with reasonable structure, convenient for daily maintenance, inspection and equipment upgrading, and auxiliary machines can be flexibly added according to production needs.
- Precise Temperature Control: Multi-zone independent temperature control system, temperature control accuracy up to ±1℃, uniform plasticization of raw materials, effectively avoiding bubbles, uneven thickness and other problems of the belt, ensuring product consistency.
- Multi-stage Stretching: Adopting double five-wheel/five-wheel stretching technology to optimize molecular orientation, making the packing belt have both high strength and good flexibility, not easy to be brittle and crack, and firm in strapping.
- Clear Embossing: High-precision embossing roller, uniform and clear patterns, increasing the surface friction of the packing belt, no slipping during strapping, and improving strapping stability.
- Safety and Compliance: The equipment adopts fully enclosed protection design, equipped with emergency stop, overload protection and other safety devices, in line with CE safety standards, ensuring the personal safety of operators.
