PET two-strap extrusion requires 90/30 single screw extruder, while PP uses 75/30 model. Special screw design ensures smooth extrusion without excessive shear, maintaining strap strength.
PLC pressure closed-loop control system stabilizes material extrusion through pressure sensors and speed regulation.
Stainless steel construction with PET length 4000mm and PP 2000mm. Five-roller system extracts straps from heated water tank.
Electrically heated with fan-distributed air for uniform temperature. Performs first-stage stretching of PET and PP straps.
