Brief Introduction:
The 3000L high shear emulsifier mixer is a multifunctional industrial machine. It can be used to produce liquid products such as body wash, hand soap, liquid soap, shampoo, hand soap gel, almond pulp, sauce, juice, etc.
Weighing system:
The weighing module is installed on the force point of the High shear mixer.
We can set the volume of water, or the weight of raw materials through the touch screen. When the weight reaches our preset number, the valve will automatically close and stop feeding water or raw materials.
Mixing Design:
Two-way mixing design. Helps you get better blending results.
The inner paddles turn counterclockwise, and the outer paddles turn clockwise. Because of the crossed rotation, the mixing effect is very good. In addition, the paddles of the inner ring and outer ring can be controlled separately, so this design can be suitable for different formulas.
