The warranty period for the online COD is 1 year from the date of its delivery.

If a product is found to be faulty during the warranty period, we are committed to repairing or replacing the faulty product free of charge, or returning the order for the faulty product to the user after deducting the first shipping cost. Repaired or replaced products will only be covered for the remainder of the warranty period.

Damageable parts are not covered by the warranty, such as perishable parts (light sources, pipes, etc.). During the warranty period, please contact our sales staff or their agents for technical support.

Upon receipt of a product quality issue from the customer, we will confirm within 2 weeks whether the product requires repair; the user must not send the product back without obtaining permission for repair.
