• How do I check my order status?

A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. You can track your order status in the Order History section,or track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.

• Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address before the order takes place. Yet unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is placed.
