• How do I check my order status?

A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section,or track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.

• Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is placed.

However, in case that the delivery should fail, your order will return to our warehouse and you can be reimbursed within 14 days, depending on the timing offered by your bank.

• What to do in case of wrong/defective product?
