1. Main Feature For Aluminium Drilling Milling Machines

● it's appropriate for process ball hole, slot, keyhole, special hole of business metal alloy profile, door and window, curtain wall aluminum alloy profile and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, craft engraving and different processes.

● The main shaft adopts Italian air-cooled electric main shaft, power 9KW, speed 24000RPM. It has high precision, good safety and high reliability.

● Equipped with professional CAD-CAM programming software for industrial numerical control system, it can be connected to domestic and foreign door and window curtain wall software and ERP, CAD graphics import, powerful functions, simple operation and high efficiency.

● The worktable is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be processed on three sides at one time. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be realized by turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. .

● The standard 6-bit/8-bit tool magazine can realize continuous and uninterrupted machining.

● An automatic mercury oil supply system is introduced, and the tailor uses a spray cooling device controlled by the system.

● The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structures, all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment.
