This machine designed to roll the profile into the heat-insulating rubbers strip, through rolling and compounding, to achieve tight connection between the rubber strip and the aluminum profiles.
Main Feature

The machine adopts numerical control system control, numerical control adjustment of the cutter head andsqueegee roller lifting, higher precision, high processing efficiency and simple operation.
●The machine uses three sets of rolling wheels (ie 6 pairs of 12) to roll the profile that has been penetrated into the heat-insulating rubber strip, through rolling and compounding, to achieve a tight connection between the rubber strip and the profile.
