Automatic chain system: There are two sets of driving and tensioning systems. 100 kg may be supported per point by a chain. Chain speed: 2.5 m/min (adjustable based on needs). 295m is the total length of the chain.

Pre-treatment system: Spray-type stainless steel.

Automatic water drying oven: This oven can only be heated to 120 degrees Celsius.

Automatic powder coating booth: The cyclone system will assist you in recycling 99.5% of the powder, and because the material is PP, you may change the color in just 15 minutes. Additionally, the automatic gun and reciprocator will aid in your automatic powder coating. Additionally, two manual stations will be used to create the powder coating for some dead corners.

Automatic powder curing oven: The temperature of the powder curing oven ranges from 180 to 230 Celsius. The work piece can cure for 20–30 minutes depending on your requirements.

A5:You will have 12 months guarantee time for the powder coating booth, if the parts broken as our mistake, we will send you by DHL.

But as we do the pre install before the laoding, so this situation won't very easy to happen we believe.
