     REX-100 straight seam welding machine is a special welding equipment specially designed for the welding of super-long welding requirements in the home appliance manufacturing industry, such as: air-energy water heater shells or products with similar structures, etc., the maximum one-time welding length can reach 1800mm. The conductive electrode of the welding machine adopts Korean high-conductivity copper electrode material, which makes the heat conversion rate of the welding current more efficient.

     The welding machine combines the design structure of the automatic welding tunnel of the welding machine, effectively ensuring overlay errors caused by the super long heat buildup effect of the weld seam.

     The human-machine interface control of the equipment, welding control and other aspects are developed and designed independently, including welding pressure and other important welding elements to fully realize the digital display of the human-machine interface.
