Alpha Fetoprotein(AFP) Reagents for Automatic Immunoassay Analyzer in Human Serum Samples

1. Calibrator: There are two different concentrations, high and low, and buffers containing bovine serum albumin (BSA) with different amounts of alpha-fetoprotein antigen are respectively added;

2. Quality control material: There are two different concentrations, high and low, and buffers containing bovine serum albumin (BSA) with different amounts of alpha-fetoprotein antigen are respectively added;

3. Anti-reagent A: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled alpha-fetoprotein antibody, buffer containing bovine serum albumin (BSA);

4. Anti-reagent B: alkaline phosphatase (AP)-labeled alpha-fetoprotein antibody, buffer containing bovine serum albumin (BSA);

5. Magnetic particle reagent: magnetic particle and goat anti-fluorescein isothiocyanate FITC antibody conjugate, buffer containing bovine serum albumin (BSA).

6. Washing solution: Tris buffer containing 1% Tween20.

7. Substrate solution: Tris buffer containing 1% SDS, APLS 100 mg/L.

Note: Reagents of different batches of kits are not allowed to be used interchangeably.
