Corrosion Resistant Centrifugal Fan Impeller Wheel
This forward curved tangent line impeller wheel features advanced corrosion resistance through thermal spraying and plasma spraying technologies. The surface treatments utilize nickel, nickel alloys, stainless steel wires, and powders to provide exceptional protection against harsh industrial environments.
Corrosion Resistance Properties
Nickel and nickel alloy coatings offer superior resistance to hydrogen sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrogen cyanide acid, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, ferrous sulfate solutions, and dry gases. Austenitic stainless steel coatings (including 1Cr18Ni9Ti) provide excellent processability and corrosion resistance in most oxidizing and some reducing media. Additional corrosion protection methods include rubber coatings and epoxy resin coatings.
