The dosage of medicine

The main solution preparation process, first put a solid (or liquid) agent, then add tap water. When the water is completely immersed in the solid agent, turn on the stirring device. Stop adding water and start stirring. Make the agent and water fully mixed, open tap water to continue to add water and stir (while adding water while stirring), until the preparation of the corresponding requirements of solubility, stop adding water, continue to stir, to prevent the agent precipitation crystallization.

Maintenance of dosing device

1. The pipeline of the dosing device should be kept unblocked at any time. Check the connection parts, filters, feeding ports and discharging ports of the device from time to time to observe whether there are deposited substances in these parts.

2. Regularly check whether the feed port of the metering pump is blocked, and clean the pipeline and filter regularly to prevent blockage.

3. Regularly check the stirring device to check whether the stirring shaft is flexible, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive torque of the shaft and consumption of stirring power. If there is damage, it should be replaced in time.

4. Check the safety valve, pressure gauge and pipeline valve regularly to avoid leakage.
