Main Construction:
The filter element of water softening is resin (we use it to soften water). When water flow into equipment , the resin will automatically absorb impurities calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water. But it will be saturation gradually after using for some time. ,so then we need saline to restore and regeneration to make resin work again .

Key points for full auto water softener construction and installment
1.Install stress support for pipeline to avoid forcing control valve.
2.Set up backflow preventer when equipment water inlet connect to domestic/household water pipe.
3.Need pressure device/ water booster system when the water entrance pressure is < 0.15Mpa.
4.No valve for waste water pipe shorter than 6m. Exit is lower than vale body, terminal opening , avoid siphon.
5. Local power 220V, use liquamatic (hydraulic drive) multi-tandem valve.
6. Use industry Calcic salt as regenerant.
