The LTC3636IUFD is a high efficiency, dual channel monolithic synchronous buck regulator featuring a controlled on-time current mode architecture with phase lockable switching frequency. With an operating supply voltage range from 3.1V to 20V, it is ideal for lithium-ion battery stacks and point-of-load power supply applications from 12V or 5V inputs.
