Product Description
The NCV4264-2CST50T3G is a low quiescent current consumption LDO regulator with an output stage that supplies 100 mA with ±2.0% output voltage accuracy. The output voltage maintains accuracy within ±2.0%, with a maximum dropout voltage of 500mV at 100 mA load current.
This regulator features internal protection against 45 V input transients, input supply reversal, output overcurrent faults, and excess die temperature. No external components are required to enable these protective features.
