TPS54331DDAR Integrated Circuit Chip 3A 570kHz Step-Down Converter with 28V Input Voltage HSOIC-8
The TPS54331DDAR is a 28V, 3A non-synchronous buck converter that integrates a low RDS(on) high-side MOSFET. To increase efficiency at light loads, a pulse skipping Eco-mode feature is automatically activated. The 1-µA shutdown supply-current makes this device suitable for battery-powered applications.
