Glue blender is important equipment whose blending effects will influence the glue consumption and the final product qualities. Our glue blenders are specially designed with different sizes and structures to satisfy different production needs. On the other hand, the inner shells of our glue blenders are made of stainless steel to ensure a durable life and good thermal conductivity. To guarantee high-accuracy for big capacity blenders, we specially customize stainless steel pipes to make the inner shell.

Glue blenders provide uniform glue distribution due to large chamber volume and long retention time. A constant filling level of the blender is maintained by a discharge flap to ensure an optimum gluing result. According to the filling level the power consumption of the main motor is controlled.
