Working Principle of Color Sorters
When color sorter is running , the materials in the hopper is uniformly distributed into each chute because of the action of vibrator.while the materials dropping ,CCD sensor is starting.If the cameras catch the unqualified materials or impurities,PLC will order the ejector to blow the bad goods into the hopper.
