Processing Instructions:
- Add water, dispersing agent, and wetting agent to mixing vessel
- Slowly add TINOX TPW-716 under moderate agitation (800-1000 rpm)
- Increase agitation speed to 1500-2000 rpm for 15-20 minutes until Hegman fineness ≥6.5 is achieved
- Reduce speed and slowly add acrylic emulsion
- Add coalescing agent, defoamer, rheology modifier, and preservative
- Adjust pH to 7.5-8.5 with ammonia solution
- Add remaining water to achieve desired viscosity
- Filter and package
Expected Performance (Based on Tinox Test Data):
- Whiteness Index: ≥96.5
- Gloss (60°): ≥85 GU
- Contrast Ratio: ≥0.98
- Yellowness Index: <1.5
- PVC: ~25%
Note: This formulation is based on test data from the TINOX TPW Series brochure, specifically the acrylic enamel paint tests with 75% emulsion content (PVC = 25%).
