Low Temperature Brittleness Tester Equipment Overview:
HZ-7004 touch screen vulcanized rubber low temperature brittleness tester is to determine the highest temperature, that is, brittle temperature, when the vulcanized rubber specimen is damaged by impact under specified conditions. The performance of non-rigid plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions can be compared. Low Temperature Brittleness Tester Device Principles :
The equipment pushes the specimen into the freezing medium through the main cylinder driving holder, and after holding it for a certain time, lift the holder, then the secondary cylinder controls the impact process, observes the damage degree of the sample, and passes the repeated test. The minimum temperature of at least two samples without failure and the maximum temperature of at least one sample are determined. If the difference between the two results is not greater than 1 ℃, the test is finished.
