Dumbbell shape sample cutter

Equipment description:

Dumbbell system prototype is a means of mechanical processing to prepare a variety of non-metallic materials, a standard dumbbell-shaped tensile test specimens of special equipment. Preparation of the sample machine line and various pipe GB1040-92 standard requires the sample size and technical requirements.

Preparation of sample size can be:

1) GB/T1040-92 "Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics" in the provision of 1, 11-type dumbbell-shaped specimen.
2) GB8802-88 "rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and fittings for Determination of Vicat softening temperature" and
GB1633-79 "thermoplastic softening point (Vicat) test method," which stipulated the thickness> 6mm of Vicat sample.
3) sample length ≤ 250mm, width 20,50 mm, thickness ≤ 70mm's long sample.
4) The shape of the user requirements of other samples. (Subject to special orders)
