The industrial paint ink automatic self-cleaning scraper filter is specifically designed for fluids containing high-gravity particles in the filter medium. This advanced filtration system ensures continuous operation with minimal maintenance requirements.

Liquid enters through the filter inlet, flows from top to bottom, and passes through the filter element surface to the outlet. When impurities accumulate on the filter element surface, the motor-driven scraper with corrector rotates close to the surface, effectively scraping off contaminants. The descending liquid gathers in the collection chamber, and when sufficient impurities accumulate, the automatic drain valve opens to discharge high-concentration impurity liquid for recycling or disposal.

The cleaning valve opens, creating suction force through the nozzle between sewage suction pipe and cleaning chamber. The electric motor drives the suction pipe in spiral axial motion, thoroughly cleaning the entire inner filter surface within seconds.
